I really can’t get behind Young Living Essential Oils because of the religious nature of their company and some of their founder’s comments, etc.  I found Colour Energy when I was shopping for merchandise to carry, they use the same high grade process to extract their oils and have wonderful results.

Personally the Pain Relief, Hormone Balance, Headache Relief and Immune Blends have worked for me.  Pain Relief is much like a less harsh Ben-Gay and smells better (people don’t look at you oddly), Hormone Balance has helped a lot with tender breasts  (though can’t be used during pregnancy), the Headache Relief was my only source of relief from migraines when I was plagued by them (since I refuse to take OTC meds), and the Immune is what I attribute to staying healthy while working in preschools teaching yoga.

If you have the chance, give them a try – they are pre-blended and come ready to roll on.  I keep the Immune in my yoga bag for classes when people are sneezing around me, or I can’t get a single seat on the train.  I have to admit that the Detox / Digest Blend has never done anything for me, but I have not found a reason to use it as of yet.  I did give one to a student with Chron’s Disease, but she never mentioned anything to me.
