I think I am suffering from reverse nesting. Nesting being that phase that pregnant women supposedly go through right before labor where they get things in order, collect items for the impending birth, draw special items close, basically create a warm and inviting space.

I am having the reverse – I want to get rid of everything. Everything is annoying me. The small amount of knick knacks that I have (one or two statues of birthing goddesses), left over store stock that is in the garage, even the easel mirror in my bedroom and a sitting chair had to go.  I also attempted to get rid of my kitchen table set (so if you need a retro Lucite Tulip Chair and glass Table set…).

I listed 118 items on eBay in order to help squelch my restlessness and desire to clean house, and now it has become a match up between my husband and I to see how many things we can get rid of from each of our now defunct store stock holds.

I have him beat on items currently – even more than he knows since some auctions have multiple quantities, such as the Therapeutic Essential Oil Blend Roll Ons – but he has actually sold more comics as of this post.
