Flex-Tastic Day 4
5 minutes in and my left toes are quite itchy where the plastic is touching them. I did notice on the treadmill today I had no problems with my arches. It was even harder today to get my pinky toes into the toe stretcher and the space between each toe is quite achy. Again, when I took them off the toes were noticeable separated so this definitely forces them to spread. Even after my workout I found one leg standing postures easier to do than Wednesday night’s class - no foot cramping and I was able to spread the foot wider.
