Today’s Workout & DD to FF Problems – Diaper Cream Help
We all hit the gym today and it was ok. I got on the treadmill at my regular speed and incline but the baby was
not having it. I had to change to 4 % elevation at a 2 speed to find a comfortable yet challenging pace and even then my lower back was bothering me.
Hit the free weight area for 3 sets of 8-12 reps: Smith Squat, Smith Lunge, then Hip Adduction, Hip Abduction, Rotary Calf and decided since I had the time I would also work in the Glute machine (looks like a donkey kick) and the Rotary Torso.
Finished with 20 minutes of yoga stretches to help ease any later soreness. Which brings me to my next issue. I have always been richly endowed but since pregnant have gone from a DD to a FF. This causes some noticeable problems with or without underwire (which I recommend against because it causes a lot of breathing difficulties). Even the Under Armor XL front zip bras I purchased do nothing, my baby is high and my breasts rest lower due to size – this causes a terrible heat rash that I have been suffering through (like rug burn). Until yesterday when I was getting the nursery ready and ran across the Organic all Natural baby bath items my sister in law bought us. I decided to put a pea size amount on the area and viola! no more red, chaffing burning. Just a tip. I figure if it is safe for newborn bottoms, it should be safe for pregnant tops.
