I love this article, is highlights the top 6 things I tell clients all the time.  I once heard a belly dance instructor that worked for me telling her class that she doesn’t lift weights because then she "bulks up" – I almost peed myself, mainly because she was studying to pass the NASM Personal Trainer Exam.
