Post Partum Weight Loss Day 1

I am officially 17 days post partum and beginning my plan to loose weight.  I am hoping for 1 pound per week of weight loss, on a 1,700 calorie plan.  I should have the weight off by October 2009 at the latest. The little guy actually let me get some sleep last night between feedings, we wound up co-sleeping which worked really well for me getting some shut eye.  I "woke up" at 8 am and fed him again, then got out my meal plan. Read about my stats and meal plan…

From 12-1pm I taught a Power Yoga class at Central Park Athletic Club in Lisle, I did talk teaching only – regular students were there.  They have one of the doctor’s office type scales so I weighed myself — I lost at least 23 lbs in the two weeks since baby was born.  I came home and tried to relax for a bit before my second set of classes, didn’t happen.  6-7 pm I taught a Hatha Yoga class in Naperville, which I talk taught with a little demo, two new students and one returning student, a few no shows. 7:15-8:15 pm I taught my second Hatha Yoga Class in Naperville at the Park District which I demo’ed quite a bit during, several new students including a family of four – I think family yoga is such a nice idea, a few returning students and two missing students that I thought would be in class.

My goal is to start each week with my stats, and also daily post my meal plan and activity.
