A Helpful Aid in Weight Loss

I love logging calories – probably residual eating disorder flaw – but I don’t like logging them in my fitness journal because people can see them and what I eat at the gym, plus there is never enough room now that my favorite journal is no longer available.

Instead I downloaded a Free App for the Iphone, Lose It! – it has pre-programmed foods but you can also add your own in, plus recipes, same with exercise – it is customizable and I love it – sets your weight loss goal and gives you a time frame as well.
