Post Partum Weight Loss Meal Plan Day #8

Woke up this morning drenched in sweat, the fever reducers I took must have worked because the headache was gone, the bed was soaking all around me and I was finally feeling how warm everyone had said it was in the house.  Fed the little guy, then put together the Ikea furniture.  Why can’t they spend the extra $5 and 5 lbs of weight and give you and actual wood back to dressers?  Since today is a Monday I am going with the weekly meal plan starting with Day #1 again, you can find the actual Meal Plan here. 

Weight 176.5 lbs (lost 1.5 lbs so far)

Meal Plan:

Breakfast: 464 calories

1 cp whole grain cereal

1 cp soymilk Silk

1 pc whole grain wheat bread

1 Tbs PB

1 cup OJ

Snack: 80 cals

1 mini Luna Bar

Lunch: 720 cals

2 Cups Tofu and Veggie Stir Fry (servings West Soy Extra Firm Tofu, 2 tbsp Shanghai peanut sauce)

1 cp Tabatchnick’s minestrone

1 cp Kashi Moroccan Curry Pilaf

Dinner: 630 calories

2 Helen’s Tofu Steaks

1 Cup Road’s End Vegan Mac n Cheese
