Weight Loss Meal Plan Day #9
Not much went on today, worked around the house moving shelving units, organizing books, feeding the baby, then out to dinner with mom since dad is going to a TweetUp of sorts – a group of disgruntled eBayers who meet a Panera to complain about eBay.
Meal Plan:
Breakfast:
1 cp Oatmeal
1 Banana
2 Tbs Walnuts
Snack:
1 Apple-Pear
Lunch:
2 pcs wheat bread
5 pcs Tofurky Deli
1 cp strawberries/ 1 cup silk blended into smoothie
1 cp baked chips
Snack:
2 mini luna bars
Dinner:
3/4 cup white rice
2 cps Vietnamese Vegetable Delight and Tofu stir fry
