Weight Loss Meal Plan Day #10 & Yoga
Today was a repeat of Day 3 but I was busy and had to sub some items. My class tonight went well, though we were down by half due to weather – we did some core work, and lower body stretching, as well as upper body strengtheners.
Meal Plan:
Breakfast:343 cal
1 Nature’s Oven Cinnamon raisin Bagel
4 Tbsp TJ Hummus
1/2 cp spinach
Snack: 275 cal
1 Banana
1 cp frz blueberries
1 cp silk – all blended into a smoothie
Lunch: 280 cal
Amy’s Roasted Veg Tamale
Snack: 200 cal
2 Chocolate Chip Granola Bars (miniature)
Dinner: 510 cal
2 Gardenburger Black Bean Patties
1 Potato
1 cp broccoli/cauliflower
