Post Partum Weight Loss Day #13
Meal Plan is going well, but sleeping not so well. The little man seems to have colic or just an upset tummy lately and had been keeping me up late at night, napping during the early evening, hopefully that will even out.
Meal Plan based on Day #3
Breakfast: 573 calories
2 servings Nasoya Tofu
1 1/2 tbs Garlic Expressions (cooked for scrambled tofu)
1 Nature’s Oven Cinnamon Raisin Bagel
1 Tbs Fruit Preserves
3/4 cp OJ
Snack: 100 calories
1/4 Swiss Chocolate Bar
Lunch: 330 calories
1 Amy’s Enchilada Meal
Snack: 275 calories
1 cp frozen blueberries
1 cp soy milk
1 banana blended into smoothie
Dinner: 510 calories
2 Gardenburger Black Bean Patties
1 cp Fiesta Veggies
1 russet potato
