Post Partum Weight Loss Day #14 Meal Plan

Chris woke up early and went to Best Buy with the little guy – they got me a Wii Fit! Monday starts my exercise with the Wii Fit, I assume based on the research I have read in all the fitness journals this will be a very light workout compared to hitting the gym – so it should be a perfect way to ease back in to working out.

We also managed to make it to Woodman’s for groceries.

Meal Plan

Snack:

4 servings carrot sticks

8 tbsp Hummus

Breakfast:

1 cp Strawberry Fields Cereal

1 cp Silk

Lunch:

2 Tofu Steaks

1 potato

Snack:

1 mini luna bar

1 cp chocolate silk

Dinner:

2 Tofu Steaks

2 Tbs Shanghai Peanut Sauce

1 cp Mac N cheese
