Post Partum Weight Loss Day #15 Meal Plan
Today I taught 3 Power Yoga classes, and then used the Wii Fit for the first time, it mocked me on the balance test saying it wasn’t my forte and then gave me a Wii Age of 43! Oh well. I rocked the push-side plank with 4 stars (my abs still are not strong enough being 4 weeks PP to actually complete a pushup well), I was the #1 at the Ski Jump, but was beat out on Slalom by my 8 year old, and the soccer challenge by both my husband and son. My weight at work was 174, the Wii has me at 172.
Meal Plan based on day 1 Weight 174 – Total Loss 4 lbs
Breakfast:
1 pc TJ Wheat Bread
1 Tbs PB
1 Cp Cereal
1 Cp Silk
snack:
1 c grapes
Lunch:
2 srv Westsoy tofu
1 cp mix veg
2 tbs Shanghai peanut sauce
1 cp mac n cheese
snack:
1 mini luna bar
Dinner:
2 smart dogs
1 potato
