Post Partum Weight Loss Meal Plan day #16
Started the morning off with more Wii Fit – 50 minutes and then went to the craft stores to locate supplies for fixing a few pieces of jewelry – came up empty.
Meal Plan based on day 2
Breakfast 351 cals:
1 cp oatmeal
1 banana
2 tbs walnuts
Snack 116 cals:
1 asian pear
Lunch 385 cals:
2 pcs TJ Wheat Bread
5 slices tofurky
2 tbsp hummus
1/4 cp spinach
1 cp Baked Lays Potato Chips
Snack 160 cals:
2 mini luna bars
Dinner 740 cals:
1 cp mac n cheese
2 Helen’s Tofu Chicken Steaks
1 srv baby carrots
3 tbs TJ hummus
