Prenatal Yoga Part 4, Standing Series, Strengthening

  If you made it this far, congratulations.  This installment starts the standing series which help stretch and strengthen.  If you can hold Virabhadrasana I, & II or any other standing posture for 2 minutes while pregnant, you are on your way to endurance during contractions and labor.

 

My contractions came on quickly – starting at 2 minutes apart after I decided to do some yoga postures to stimulate the late little baby engaging.  5 hours later my little guy was born.
