Bolsters, a stack of Yoga Therapy Blankets and a Massage table were so familiar to me they are the props I used to assist myself through my pregnancy, labor and birth.
I recommend bringing a pillow, blanket or bolster to yoga class with you during pregnancy so you can assure that you are comfortable.
Don’t forget the fluids either -bring a bottle of water – even if your prenatal class isn’t as rigorous, you need extra fluids while pregnant.
