Post Partum Weight Loss Day #27 Meal Plan

Saturdays are usually a sleep in kind of day for me.  Today instead we hit the gym, I’ll post about that later.

I was so tired I actually went to bed Saturday night at 9 pm, but woke up Sunday (today) 4 am. Here is Saturday’s meal plan.

Meal Plan

Breakfast: 290 calories

1 Bagel

2 Tb Hummus

Snack 50 calories

1 rice cake

Lunch 410 calories

2 cups of veg stir fry with peanut sauce

2 servings tofu

Dinner: 170 calories (loosely termed I fell asleep before I got past my appetizers)

2 servings baby carrots

4 Tbs Hummus
