Meal Plan

B: 340 Asian Pear, 1 cp Cereal

L:570 1 wheat bagel, 2 tofu steaks, 2 tbs hummus

S:220 1 cp chocolate milk, 1 mini luna bar

D:490 1 cp Mac n Cheese, 1 TJ Teriyaki Tofu
