PP Weight Loss Meal Plan Day #31

Well, finally reset from sleep – got about 4 hours, but boy were they good – it was of course a haze of nursing.  Poor Chris didn’t sleep though.

Meal Plan:

Breakfast

  • Mo Beta Drink 150 ca
  • 1 Wheat Bagel 240 ca
  • 1 Tofu 160 ca
  • 2 tbs hummus 50 ca
  • 1 cp lite chocolate silk 120 ca

Lunch

  • 1 pc Wheat Bread 80 ca
  • 1 Tofu 160 ca
  • 2 tbs hummus 50 ca

Dinner

  • 2 serving baby carrots 70 ca
  • 2 tbs hummus 50 ca
  • 2 ser Teriyaki Tofu 320
