PP Weight Loss Meal Plan Day 32 & 33 yeah its that bad!

So the lack of sleep, the potential of an ill baby with a metabolic disorder (looking very unlikely now), and work added up to some terrible days of eating – not overeating, under eating and erratic. I’ve been so wasted feeling, completely tired, groggy and mild headache, but in good news I made it to Neo Bella Salon for a haircut and my hair looks great!

 

Meal Plan:

 

Thursday: Breakfast: 224 Calories – 1cp cereal / 1 cp soymilk

Lunch: 160 calories – 1 pc teriyaki tofu

Dinner: 384 calories -1 cp soymilk, 1 cp cereal, 1 pc tofu

 

Friday: Brunch 410 calories – 4 cups veggie stir fry and tofu

Dinner: 290 calories – 1 pc wheat bread, 1 pc tofu, 2 tbs hummus

Snacks: 200 calories – 2 Cocovia Bars
