PP Weight Loss Journey Days 34 & 35

If I have not already mentioned, I absolutely adore the iPhone app "lose it" – records all of your food and exercise for each day, stores meals for easy addition into new days, etc.

Saturday and Sunday were another set of tough days – Saturday because I had eaten so little several days in the row I was quite hungry, Sunday because from 8-5 pm I was in a Zumba Basic II Training program and that doesn’t include drive time to Northbrook.  I had to feed the baby in the car on top of it – actually car feeding is easier I am sure in part to the seat position.

Suffice it to say that Saturday I consumed 2,303 calories.  We went to the city to Veggie Bite (I had chili salad – that’s a taco salad without the shell) then on the way home stopped by karyn’s for pizza and seitan skewers which I had the rest of on Sunday.

Sunday I consumed 1,434 calories.  I really need to get my meals back under control, eating regularly at regular intervals.  We’ll see how this week pans out~
