Meal Plan Month 2 Day 2
Tuesday was a hectic day for me, running from dance class to dance class and then power yoga class. I got home and just wanted to sleep. Glad I chose not to go with the second month meal plan at this time, it’s hard enough to keep up with month one and get 1,600 calories per day.
Meal Plan
Breakfast Omelet made with (1 egg & 2 egg whites, 2 Tbsp onions, 1/2 cp diced green peppers, 1 oz mozzarella cheese), 1 slice whole grain toast, 2 tsp margarine, 3/4 cp OJ
Lunch 1/2 c rice, 1/2 c beans mixed with 2 oz grilled chicken, 1 cp salad with 1 tbsp low fat dressing, iced tea
Snack 1 pc fruit., 1 pc string cheese
Dinner 4 oz grilled skinless chicken breast, 1/2 c boiled sweet potatoes, 1 cp steamed green beans, 2 chocolate mints
