snack:
1 whole grain granola bar or nutrition bar (under 200 cals)
lunch:
2 slices lean ham and veggie pizza
1 cp salad 1 tbsp low fat dressing
snack:
apple
dinner:
4 oz grilled tuna
1 cp cooked brown rice 1 tsp olive oil
1 cp steamed veg
2 hershey kisses
