1,600 calorie plan

breakfast:

Energy shake: 1 cp fat free vanilla yogurt, 1/2 c oj, 1/2 c strawberries, 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds, 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 mini bagel, 1 tsp light cream cheese

snack:

1 whole grain granola bar or nutrition bar (under 200 cals)

lunch:

2 slices lean ham and veggie pizza

1 cp salad 1 tbsp low fat dressing

snack:

apple

dinner:

4 oz grilled tuna

1 cp cooked brown rice 1 tsp olive oil

1 cp steamed veg

2 hershey kisses
