Meal Plan Month 2 Day 4

Making it through one day at a time.  Here is the Day 4 plan from Month 2 of the Rock Hard Challenge, pick up a copy to get the whole training plan as well.

 

Breakfast

1 cp Cheerios with 1 cp Skim Milk

1 egg with 2 egg whites scrambled

3/4 c grapefruit juice

Snack

2 dried pear halves

Lunch

turkey sub with light mayo no cheese

Snack

1 banana

Dinner

spinach salad 1 1/2 c spinach 2 tbsp onions 1/2 tomato 3 oz sliced grilled chicken breast and 2 Tbs low fat dressing

2 small whole wheat rolls with 2 tsp margarine or olive oil
