Meal Plan Month 2 Day 5

Breakfast

1 Cup Cheerios with 1 cup skim milk

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

tea or coffee

Snack
1 6 0z fat free yogurt with 1/2 cp Kashi Go Lean Crunch

Lunch

2 slices lean ham, 2 slices turkey breast  on 2 slices whole wheat bread with 1 tsp mustard

1/2 cp fruit salad

Snack

1 cup skim milk

2 chocolate covered graham cookies

Dinner

1 cp Split Pea Soup

Chef’s salad, 2 cps dark greens, 3 oz turkey, 1 chopped egg, 1/2 cp shredded carrots, 1 diced tomato, 2 Tbsp light Italian dressing

Brewed tea
