Nationally certified fitness expert and celebrity trainer Stephanie Vitorino – creator of the V Body “The Ultimate Body Shaper” and the best selling “Bootylicious Buns” workout series on Exercise TV – would like to introduce you to her newest DVD “BODY TARGET 60” being released nationally on Tuesday, June 1, 2010.
Known in Southern California for her popular gym workout programs, Stephanie’s fitness classes
are frequented by many Hollywood celebrities including Brooke Burke and Samantha Harris, among many others.
With more than 13 years of coaching experience in exercise physiology, personal training and group fitness classes, Stephanie has developed highly effective workout programs with full-body combinations that eliminate hours in the gym and target trouble spots head on.
“BODY TARGET 60” is a 60-minute multi-session workout featuring Stephanie’s signature, dynamic, 30-minute cardio sculpting session to build lean muscle and keep the calorie burn high. The easy-to-navigate menu also lets you add a 10-minute body target segment specifically aimed at the arms, buns or core.
I received a review copy of this new DVD and while I will admit that it is retro feeling in its set design, the workouts are challenging and fun. I enjoy compound exercises and there are quite a few. There are also modifications shown be the other performers. There is no denying that Stephanie is ripped and I appreciate that. There is nothing less motivating for me than watching someone who doesn’t walk the walk. Stephanie has great energy and even has some huffing and puffing during the DVD – that’s how challenging it gets. The mix and match ability is very popular these days and allows you to chose and customize your workout. Definitely a full body workout with great cardio. My only comment is the music – since licensing is expensive you do have to listen to cheesy workout DVD music – generic and not “pumped” enough for my tastes, but I doubt my iPod play list would be to most people’s liking.
