I received samples of Fruit Fast’s Cherry Flex to review. Yesterday I taught several yoga classes including Prenatal Yoga, Power Yoga and then a Zumba Fitness Class. By the time I got home at 9 pm I was feeling a bit sluggish but my partner wanted to hit the gym. I decided to give the Cherry Flex a shot. I ate a light snack, got changed into my workout clothes and grabbed a ProSport Shot for the road. I ripped open the top as my foot passed the threshold of my front door. I tried to sip out the cherry shot but this led to only the tart cherry juice concentrate hitting my mouth – wowzer! The aren’t kidding about Tart Cherry Gel. My husband suggested mushing the packet between my fingers and squeezing the gel out so there would be no separation – this worked. All done with the weights I hit the stretching area for some yoga – I even got my limberly challenged partner to join me.
By all accounts when I got home I should have been completely knackered, but I wasn’t. I even went grocery shopping I fell asleep easily and for the first time in a few weeks slept in until 10am. I woke up and even as I am typing this, am free of any low back pain that sometimes plagues me after very active days. Is it the CherryFlex ProSport Shot?
